Warranty Policy
Warranty Service Guidelines
To obtain warranty service during the warranty period, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Support: Reach out to trouversupport@trouver-tech.com for assistance with your product.
2. Provide Necessary Information: Prepare the following details to help us verify your warranty eligibility and evaluate the issue:
- Valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order number, order screenshot)
- Product information, including model and serial number (SN)
- A detailed description of the issue, along with supporting evidence, such as photos or videos showing the problem.
3. Issue Evaluation and Resolution: Once we receive your request, our support team will evaluate the issue, follow up, and provide a solution. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will issue an RMA and provide instructions for returning the product for repair or replacement.
4. Service Charges: Repairs not covered by the warranty may incur additional fees. An estimate will be provided before proceeding with any non-warranty repairs.
Note: Warranty service is available only in the Trouver service regions corresponding to the country where the product was originally purchased.
